Dujali National High School - The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Davao del Norte, in collaboration with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources of B.E. Dujali conducted its Basuresiklo: "Gasa ni Kuya, Baylo sa Basura" on August 28, 2019. The program is in support to Kuya Gov Edwin Jubahib's call for sustainable environment.
The program believes hat the way to address improper solid waste management in the Province is by educating the public, providing them the ideas and techniques on solid wastes management, specifically on waste segregation, reduction and recycling.
In his welcome remarks, Mr. Joseph Henry L. Tuna, Assistant Principal, "Mapasalamaton mi og dako sa Probinsiya sa Davao del Norte kauban ang Lokal nga panggamhanan sa B.E Dujali nga napili ang Dujali National High School isip recipient ani nga program, because this program remind us nga naay income sa basura and this is a healthy program for our environment", he said.
The whole day event gathered 90 students from variou campus organizations. In exchange of the "clean and dry" plastic wastes they brought, they recieved tumblers, eco-bag tags, some kilos of rice.
