Jailers give chance for mangroves to live

J.P. LAUREL, PANABO CITY - In celebration of the National Correctional Consciousness Week, the personnel of the BJMP - Davao del Norte joined hands with the Provincial Environment Office in enriching the mangroves at Brgy. J. P. Laurel, Panabo City last October 23, 2019.

Hundreds of Miapi seedlings were planted at the seafront together with the J.P. Laurel Mangrove Planters Association. The area is an eco-park of Panabo City, attracting various wildlife and local tourists alike.
